    Serious lack on confidence in the board.

    If at next year's meeting Resolution 1, gets presented again, and
    over 25% reject the renumeration resolution, the whole board must resign and stand for re-election.
    Its called a second strike.


    As far as relisting is concerned, I would have thought you would know.
