    As per my previous post. The MRE will align. No more, no less. Then new targets for bonus targets will be applied. Personally, I think that shareholder value increase should form part of the bonus targets as well but that might just be me trying to make sure if "they" win then "we" win. Forever cynical and forever non trusting.
