Annual Report indicates 1,746 shareholders had 5,000 MAY shares or less. I spoke to a Link registry representative present as to why this is so - the comment being that many are frequent traders that buy and sell, but always keep a small portion in the till so they don't have to reinput their details again & again - I asked so would you include short sellers in these, to which they said MAY is not the only small cap with this issue with other ASX listings also trying compulsory sales of unmarketable quantities to reduce but not eliminate this factor - although it is always easy to top up again over the minimal holding threshold by any trader. Just putting that out there.

AP shareholding @ 243,436,931 as at 30/06/22 - yes many from performance & options, but also reinvesting with his cash

AP remuneration - read the Annual Report it includes his super. Less than some lifestyle listings such as AUZ & the DRG group of interests which have demonstrated no substantive results since 2017

The takeover concern appears to be real amongst AP & fellow directors. This Golden Goose is extremely cheap if the recoverable reserves are commercialised. In many issues not all SHs vote so a creeping takeover is always possible as originally structured.

The consensus appeared that this time next year 2023 MAY will need a bigger room for the AGM.
