The ones I found most interesting were the results for resolutions 1,2,8, & 9.
Resolution 1 - A first strike has occurred.
Resolution 2 - Bernard has solid backing from both sides it appears.
Resolution 5 - 10% placement got knocked back as a special resolution (75% min), leaving the company with the problem and extra effort of further funding until the next AGM unless they do an arrears and given the balance of power and a first strike that would probably not be ideal.
Resolution 9 - Again a clear indication of the support for Bernard as an officeholder.
The Board has some matters to address it appears including the collective support they have from shareholders.
