    looking at the numbers they don't add up!

    2 billion shares on offer for current market cap of 4 million

    so should either be 506 million for 18 million against 1.5 billion obstain

    they are saying the company only has 530 million shares but it has 2 billion am I looking at something wrong? and 74% of the holdings is retail? so WTF is going on with that count?
