so institutions and private companies and individual insiders account for 26% of the company, funnily enough that adds up to 520 million shares, that is extremely close to the number in the for category, the abstain should include people that did not enter a vote? or perhaps only 1.2% of retail voted in total, start doing the number people as this does not add up at all.
