I talked to the chairman and the CFO for quite a while.

i asked about what's the plan for the capital and they said they wanna pay off all the debt first and have some working capital forward.

i asked about buybacks and they go not yet

I asked about what they think profits gonna look like going forward and they said even though the company made 60mn a year before , a more realistic and achievable target is 30mn in the near term (in 12 months)

they also invited some investment funds there for the presentation so that they can provide research reports and rerate the company and offer it to their clients and said they hoped that would bring the share price up.

i can only go based off my interactions with them and they seem pretty genuine so far. Or I'm a horrible judge of character
