RESULTS OF RESOLUTIONS PUT TO THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF
SHAREHOLDERS OF THE COMPANY
ON 26 NOVEMBER 2020 AND 14 DECEMBER 2020
Set out below are the results of all resolutions put to the Annual General Meeting of the Company
(the Meeting) which concluded today.
Resolutions 2,3,4 and 5 were put to the vote and announced on 26 November 2020. (Refer TKL
ASX announcement 26 November 2020). The Meeting was then adjourned while an Addendum to
the Notice of Meeting was sent to shareholders setting out an additional Spill Resolution (Resolution
6) for consideration by shareholders in the event of a second strike being received against the
Remuneration Report in Resolution 1. Resolutions 1 and 6 were put to the adjourned Meeting on 14
December 2020.
