I don’t have the energy to do deep dive analysis, so will just comment when I have something to say.
Have had numerous health setbacks this year including 4 stints in hospital and 2 trips to emergency in an ambulance. Two of the hospital stays included time in ICU.
My challenges are long term and have had some significant curve balls thrown at me ( particularly in last 2-3 months ).
When I feel okay my focus ( distraction / therapy ) has been projects in garden and at home. At the moment also trying to get to a point where I have freedom to travel again.
