I'm not too versed in other remuneration committees however, in the recent annual report you will notice within the remuneration section the following text from the remuneration committee:
The performance rights issued in FY22 were subject to one performance hurdle being total shareholder return (“TSR”) measured against a benchmark peer group.
It refers to the LTIs. Pretty straight forward, just the way it should be. In order to receive 100% of the reward CMM needs to be in the top 25% of the peer group. Let's see how our key players Mark, Paul and Kim are tracking towards achieving their full LTI rewards with today's fun chart.
