I'm not too versed in other remuneration committees however, in the recent annual report you will notice within the remuneration section the following text from the remuneration committee:

The performance rights issued in FY22 were subject to one performance hurdle being total shareholder return (“TSR”)
measured against a benchmark peer group.

It refers to the LTIs. Pretty straight forward, just the way it should be. In order to receive 100% of the reward CMM needs to be in the top 25% of the peer group. Let's see how our key players Mark, Paul and Kim are tracking towards achieving their full LTI rewards with today's fun chart.

Well and truly on track lads. Just be careful not to inadvertently underpay yourselves down the line - it seems conservative to me.

what brilliant analysis. I too feel the remuneration could be higher given that some Goldies that aren’t even producing pay their execs more.

I went to the AGM and the presentation by Mark was top class as per usual
