Pay rise and Performance rights ??
For a company that has achieved 'Zilch' in its life time and having churned thru ( getting close to $100 mil ) capital, CR,s, financial/debenture
arrangements with financiers and no firm business prospect in sight you would question the need of supposed 'performance rights'.
IMO its a legacy from AG the previous CEO who devised schemes that would pass muster with investors when proposed and ticked off
by a compliant board. This current approval to board members is thanks to AG's largesse . he of course took his dip last year, prior
to his ' no notice ' resignation.
