Alternative scenario: Company runs out of money, and faces collapse. Along comes Shenge as a white knight in shining armour with a rescue package the company can’t ignore and us retail investors are well and truly stuffed. Don’t forget, Shenge paid Appian well above market for their 19.9% of Peak. Somehow they will get round ASX rules on ownership.
