This is how I reckon Shenge will get round ASX foreign ownership rules, as the mine is outside Oz and therefore ASX rules. I had high hopes for Peak, but knew we retail investors would pay the price for Appian's sale of its shares to Shenge. I made this absolutely clear on HC at the time.
