IMO:
What would shareholders be happy about?
It certainly isn't anything to do with share price improvement nor debt reduction?
In the next 12 months CLZ will need to raise a few times the current market capital value to exist.
Will that improve the share price and reduce debt?
Who will benefit? The shareholders?
