It needs explaining that if you are not concerned with share values, then you are a speculator & there are some very canny people out there who dedicate themselves to relieving you of the burden of your money. That's correct: with current market capitalisation (7.36M) pre-consolidation SOI would be around: 110.4 BILLION SHARES !!! CURRENT SOI = 736 MILLION !!! Share price is now 1/15th of SP after consolidation, that is .06666667 which is around 6.7% of the value! I'm sure CLZ are extremely happy with that 'result' ? Seriously, would any shareholders be happy and vote with full confidence in CLZ management? LOL
