Regal have ~45m shares so it could be them (I mean they have a tendency to hurt themselves because they buy 5-10% positions in small/micro caps and then at least from what I've seen tend to sell at the worse possible time.......if weak price action, they will add to that; if price action starting to look half decent, they sell into that and destroy the momentum
Having said that, 'only' around 2m shares traded at the moment so it would not appear any large holder moving the market, but it appears to be retail selling into the news from yesterday (perhaps some disappointment that remuneration report got knocked back, but no board spill)
It would appear that they have enough cash to take them to Jan/Feb, so if Regal go away, I would ignore the noise and see how all of these shenanigans has impacted business.....or if you have no faith in mgmt and don't want to stomach looking at negative sentiment on an ongoing basis, best to sell and deploy funds elsewhere
