Always hard to trust the numbers on these mergers (just formality paperwork left to do) seems everyone has an angle to massage them. The past has shown it's easier to fess up full values/connections for "things" when a $ deal is struck.

As a yes voter I will have to accept my own actions and results thereof over time. It's true just about anything can be said about KWR stand alone, unless the merged unit performs well it will be pilloried against the Nostradamus KWR. A lot of gold knowledge exists in the merger unit, gold is in favour and expected to climb further if they can get traction things may look totally different in 12 months, I will remain optimistic.
