Some hard questions were asked and credit to management for answering them all.
-IM3 certification can drop in any day, it’s progressing well, and management are doing everything they can regarding this however it’s a normal process for our industry and not uncommon for companies to pass certification on 2nd or 3rd go. Management doing everything they can within their control and confident will be completed and part of all manufacturing.
-IM3 has 2 term sheets it’s reviewing they are looking very good and once secured Im3 will stand on its on feet and once certification comes in it has its customers ready and awaiting our cells with payment, so revenues will be not too far away! Just waiting on certification which shouldn’t be too long.
-Nachu, govt framework progressing well, this in addition to further MOU/offtake for jumbo and super jumbo flake will underpin finance. JV for nachu with an offtaker is also an option being explored.
-Nachu , question was asked if the Tesla agreement will help fund nachu answer is yes definitely helps but funder also want to see mou or offtakes for jumbo and super jumbo flakes (which they are currently working on)
-Question was asked to David Taylor once black out period ends will he buy on market and join the shareholders his answer was YES.
-Tesla site acquisition, sites has been short listed and are in negotiations stage with vendors!
SP is disappointing but progressing towards revenues, deal maker term sheets for im3, additional offtake for super jumbo for nachu and funding via financing or JV options, land site sounded very advanced, Tesla has been testing our products for long time and the recent agreement is from years of hard work and seems like more involvement from Tesla could be on the cards.

After today Despite the SP sounds like certification is on track, IM3 funding on track, revenues on track customers ready and awaiting our cells, Tesla site acquisition advanced and seems like will be secured within target date, Nachu mou and offtakes to come in super jumbo and funding/JV could be on cards.
Good to see Mark V our older CEO still standing with mns and still large shareholder holding strong and believes all on track.
