would assume Dominic as the Chief Commercial Officer/Business development for IPX (and of course Taso) have spent most of the year focussed on the major deals IPX announced over the last month or two (Ford and Aperam). The optimist in me thinks now that they have been inked and released, there might be some time to do some BD for DLM now rather than leaving it on the back burner.
Perhaps another sign that they weren't in a hurry was keeping David Brookes on the board - no doubt he'll move on once they're in swing with their new project.

Quarterly due within a week so hopefully they can provide at least a hint of how/when this is going to play out. Last quarterly they said "Initial product test work results are anticipated to be released in the coming quarter" which clearly didn't happen.
