I believe that the 21 week period to NASDAQ listing has commenced.The P/O's are in place and CS are working in earnest in the background. In about 3 months we should see the prospectus details. Up until that time I don't expect to see much more from the company as there is no requirement to provide s/holders with any other information (especially considering the news that they won't announce P/O details any more).
