they are obviously not smart enough. when i bought the shares in then gpp , gpp was trading higher than many comapanies like ltr, pio etc. now look at ltr and ess. had they done their job they would have more money for increase in sp alone and a happy bunch of sh. but to me it looks , even with the current consolidation and another potential future name change, the consolidated sp is going to come down to this level again. but i admit they are quite smart in fooling investors that they are still able to do cap raisining.
