    Which would have prob been the top shareholders voting.

    Majority retail didnt vote..
    I personally don't see any issue with OMG offer or shares being issued, so I didn't vote.
    .
    They can have it all if they can find and prove up resource and turn this company into 100s if not 1000s of million MC. Proving up deposit doesn't happen by magic they need experienced people and hard workers.
