I'm fairly sure I do, as read the annoucment. GRE management want experienced lithium personal to run the lithium side of the business. They have provided options intially to motative them to hit targets. Assuming management didnt expect share price to run as hard as it did. So OMG hit their milestones fairly easy. The motivation is still there by OMG to run lithium business and add value as they own decent percentage of company.

SCN is different, plus it's not just about people it's also about the deposit these people find and can exploit. SCN is not the same as GRE deposit.
