I used to like the game in the book “Where’s Wally?”, but I amreally confused, and I think we need to now play the game “Where’s AGH CEO JoshFegan?” as he seems to be “relocating” ALL THE TIME - or certainly getting a lot of cash to "relocate".

When I was posting yesterday about CEO Josh Fegan’s FY23 takehome salary of $905,205, something was really confusing me.

In FY23 he was paid $160,518 cash for “Other variableremuneration is composed of relocation costs paid during the 2023 financialyear.”

If you take that and break it down to a weekly number, thatis $3,100. I’m now even more confused – as they must be pretty special movers,a lot of food and maybe that private suite on Qatar Airways?

However here is where I get even more confused, as this guy mustALWAYS be on the move. CEO Josh Fegan was paid relocation costs in FY21, FY22and FY23.

FY21 Annual Report – $179,581 cash paid to CEO Josh Fegan - "Othervariable remuneration is composed of relocation costs paid during the 2021financial year".

FY22 Annual Report – $172,702 cash paid to CEO Josh Fegan - "Othervariable remuneration is composed of relocation costs paid during the 2022financial year".

FY23 Annual Report – $160,518 cash paid to CEO Josh Fegan - "Othervariable remuneration is composed of relocation costs paid during the 2023financial year".

"RELOCATION COSTS" FY21-FY23 $512,801 cash paid to CEO Josh Fegan

WOW! This guy relocating ALL THE TIME. All we have been told isthat he is in London.
