In the fourth of my series of “Let's do the AGH numbers” I nowturn to another “enablers”, the AGH Chairman Andrew Newbold.
Noting in my first episode we saw that CEO JoshFegan’s take home salary was $905,205 or 6% of the market cap of AGH.

And my second episode revealed that CEO Josh Fegan has alsotaken home over $512,000 for “relocation costs” over the past 3 years (he mustbe relocating a lot!)….

And my third episode we saw that CFO Robert Meissner’s takehome salary was $474,069 or 3.2%+ of the market cap of AGH, all while counting$64,000,000+ of losses since the AGH IPO.

In this episode we see that AGH Chairman AndrewNewbold has been an enabler of AGH, the Board, the CEO and the CFO since the IPO,and he has taken $546,676 for the privilege in Chairman’s fees since this time.

FY19 Annual Report - $65,700where he attended 8 meetings - $8,213 per meeting

FY20 Annual Report - $89,234where he attended 10 meetings $8,923 per meeting

FY21 Annual Report - $118,500where he attended 14 meetings $8,464 per meeting

FY22 Annual Report - $136,621where he attended 10 meetings $13,662 per meeting

FY23 Annual Report - $136,621where he attended 7 meetings $19,517 per meeting

Yes, that’s right, in the year where AGH lost$13,750,000 during FY23 AGH Chairman Andrew Newbold was paid $19,517 for eachmeeting he attended. You can only assume the meetings lasted for a few hours. Wow,that is a lot of shareholder funds……on top of the $64,000,000+ in losses todate since IPO.

Again, just so everyone is clear, $19,517 permeeting in Chairman fees for each Board meeting in FY23, yes, that is not amath error, nearly $20,000.
