Few incorrect statements from you. The company was valued at over $200 mill at one point. When it was valued at that price Josh could not have sold his shares because as they were in escrow.
I dare say if a CEO is willing to take out massive percentages of the companies cash reserves to pay himself that forces the company to rely on convertible note financing (otherwise known as death spiral debt) , then there is no way he wouldnt sell out if the shares were higher again.
If they are that close to cash flow positive why not take a delayed pay rather than dilute holders at the worst possible prices with another cap raise, or even worse more death spiral debt financing.
Also notice that you signed up and made your first two posts here on AGH defending management, you wouldnt happen to be JRSelvs alt, or even one of these management working at the company trying to defend questioning of the exorbitant salaries this board pays themsevles?
