I have signed a number of wildlife related analysis contracts with a najor USA based .org.
In amongst the realms (70 odd pages) of fine print there was alwayse the clause that the .Org upholds the Fed garranteed promise to not fire me for drug use.
(thank the heavens)
Perhaps that was taken away during Trump times - and that is what the "Restoration" in the law's wordibg is referring too.
Anyway.. the country operations manager ( in SEAsia) always chuckled and assured me that they could not, under USA law, sack me for my well-known pot smoking habits.
One of those bizarre anamolies in the American values system.
