Yeah thought that wouldnt be possible to be honest, but its not looking that unlikely right now, Im really surprised though, I havent been the most bullish on AGH but with a market cap of just 15 mill here, seems has to be value, the two concerns I have are the convertible notes on issue, basically 30 million shares that can be issued at a 10% discount and then sold on market at anytime.
Then you have a cash strapped company, that needs money, yet the CEO is taking out huge percentages of the cash from the company in his salary, for what? performance is not existent, taking out nearly 1 mill a year from the cash accounts.
Im expecting some positive announcments and then a cap raise soon, if they issue any more convertible notes its a nail in the coffin like MXC and CPH.
