Unfortunately, I was born a cynical asshole thus I'm always trying to find an angle in everything.

Not all stories have happy endings.
Thankfully the GCY stories ending is looking brighter by the week.

GCY's had so many twists and turns I'm sure poor @speculator101 could write a book on it, hence the reason why I think so many long-time holders will probably jump at any decent offer.

I've chatted with Simon on a number of occasions, and I can unequivocally state that he truly believes in GCY's unfolding rags to riches story.
Whether Simon, you, or I like it or not, GCY has an enormous target on its back and two major shareholders who are incentivised to deal!

Think of it from a royalty holder's perspective.
Would Tembo and Delphi want their tenements in the hands of a cashed-up midcap producer who'll immediately throw serious resources at the Dalgaranga project or a small-cap one asset miner that may need to raise more capital in a tough capital market?

I could be wrong, but I think both directors not attending the EGM is a symbolic statement of their intent.
