Not sure they would be happy to have a take over in the short term. Management have a vested interest in accumulating a lot of “cheap” options ( while the SP is low) and having them expire well into the future. If the SP was $100 now do you really think they could justify the amount they asked for? Share holders and management don’t seem to have alignment of interest.
