I also did and encouraged my son and others to do the same to the full extent that I could afford at the time. Circumstances change and I once again have funds and would love the opportunity to acquire options.
The major difference this time is that we are on the cusp of commercialisation. (Potentially within the expiry timeframe) This time we not looking at a two or threefold increase in shareprice, it is more likely to be in the 20-50 times and with the multiplier effect of options it could very well be 200-300 times or more.
Management have issued themselves with options, provided institutions the ability to obtain options and unfortunately left the long term RI without any chance of acquiring through a capital raise or without even the ability to purchase on market. Hence why I don’t believe the current issue of options aligns management with RI.
Yes, I expect to make a substantial amount if things go as expected (no where near yourself) however it would be a simple process for the board to correct and all investors could enjoy the benefit of potentially massive gains.
