Granting off these options is risk free investment for the BOD, (all options are that, only will be exercised if in the money), can anybody see these options being ‘cashed’ in by the BOD to further the cause of raising funds for the advancement of the company?, most unlikely, in the interim where is the opportunity for current RIs (since the $8 options) to have that luxury?, at what level does the current sp need to be to have that luxury? (risk free investment).

Perhaps ‘’cashed in’ (the exercising of said options) in the event of a third party acquisition.

At this time , any future placement or ‘deal’, should have zero amount of options available, if this is the real deal, it should 100% not be necessary, way too many options currently in the wings that will hinder sp appreciation.

Mr WP needs to get some runs on the credibility score board, the ‘alleged’ three previous offers is unsubstantiated, where is the ‘flushing out’ of rival bidders to horn in on the IP?, the reflection of his company spiel in the sp?

Some reflections; the absence of ceasing/ becoming substantial announcements in the last couple of months plus. the dragging out of the where the next lot of funding will come from, when will WP spiel reflect in the sp, formal offers still conspicuously absent despite IP that has been said to be ‘de-risked’.

All the above discussion would be 100% moot if the current sp was way above its current worth and WP had any number of creditably on board, very sadly lacking up to date …… to be addressed in the next few months OR not will be seen soon enough.
