Well sumarised. Appalling performance from a company that has never made a profit, yet bonuses and free options and constantly rising salaries for the CEO and CFO. The CFO role is not worth $500k a year. It simply doesn't require someone 5 days a week on that money. Same with CEO (JK) grossly over paid and why would there be any bonuses for these guys. Bonus for what?...Failure!
JK doesn't care about constant capital raisings as he has millions of shares so dilution doesn't bother him as the cash salary is more important to him as the business clearly cannot make money.
A serious review should be conducted by the board to assertain the business and strategy. It is the BOD that are the custodians of shareholders funds and value.
Whoever is on the remuneration committee needs to be sacked as these two JK and WS employment terms and performance needs to be reviewed immediately and either significantly cut (wages) or their employment terminated.
