It’s great to see shareholders overwhelmingly support WC8 management and MIN have nowhere enough votes to seize control of WC8 if they decided to lodge a 249D and topple the board.
If MIN want to acquire WC8, they are going to have to pay a hefty premium, which is great for us shareholders. Maybe even more of a hefty premium after they pissed off management for voting against them.
