That is very odd.
GAM and MIN have same chairman… GAM supported WC8 management and vended Tabba2 in to WC8.
GAM then sold their stake to MIN…. Ask the question, why didn’t GAM just sell directly to MIN?
Then MIN management vote to boot all of WC8 management out of the company. Makes little sense.
Clearly by the poll results, shareholders overwhelmingly support WC8 management.
A message to MIN management, “if you want to take out WC8, do so by paying up and lob a take over offer. But please don’t play these silly games of turning against WC8 management who did their jobs to discover this resource”
