The move by MinRes to vote against those 4 resolutions is one of the dumbest things I’ve ever seen a public company do .. what have MinRes achieved other than putting WC8 executive on the defensive?
A diplomatic call by Ellison to Coy Sec. could have probably identified the strong support of existing WildCat holders and MinRes votes would fail anyway.
I now question the emotional intelligence and the strategy of Chris Ellison … maybe he just does these types of things as a bully and/or on impulse without concerns for the future relationships or commercial implications.
I’m now believing his spiel that the MinRes lithium strategy may be being thought up ‘on the run’ … shame he is now unlikely to ever get full control on the best lithium deposit in the Pilbara as these WC8 guys will now probably prefer to deal with anyone else … but Chris Ellison
