Without the consolidation they would find it near impossible to raise cash, and the convertable note facility would also be withdrawn down the line if the SP got dangerously low..and of course being handsomely rewarded needs funds in the bank to start with..

This way it does give the company at least in the short term confidance to start kicking some goals, but they better be quick because 90% of the 98% who do consolidate within 12 months are again financially drained and the administrators are called in..

Lets get this IP going now, the excuses have been and gone and now with a more secure future there are not too many excuses left for failure..
