Quite a good outcome, certainly the one I wanted. Hopefully this will light a fire under new the BOD. O'Connor choosing to step down was the right move, or maybe he saw the writing on the wall. Happy he received some compensation as he was a long time fixture. Wishing him all the best in his retirement.
