Nothing wrong with Incentives, but continually expecting to get your feeding trough filled to overflowing is a bit rude; especially when the coming work should be being done by others. I have seen far too many Projects killed by exploration Geo's who think they are God just because they identified the deposit. The man has been more than handsomely remunerated for what he did, time to move on.
