What a joke, no consequences. What’s the point in the strike, if the clock restarts? The way I read those motions was if more than 25% struck down the rem report the spill would be automatic?.
Do you really believe the CEO who has now installed himself as Chair, while taking on another f/t ceo role elsewhere is going to be in any mood for doing anything different from what he has done for the last few years, for which he has been richly rewarded and now, at this meeting, although a third of shareholders see it differently, the majority of shareholders has said “yeah, well done, heres some more money, now you can install a ceo of your choice and be the chair of the board, and just keep steering the ship, good job” all my opinion only.
