Note the date of this pod, May 26, 2023, it contains confirmation of off-take and finance in one package about to happen, prospective parties had done due diligence and no issues discovered, new testing done at peer review stage and looking very good, N price at current levels not a problem, and the words bullish used. Mid July, 2023, see investor announcement, then another pod on July 24, 2023.
Six weeks between these two significant, and very different in tone, communications to market. I have not seen an explanation for why this changed so fast. I’d like one.
Would a court case, crowd funded from investors on here and others who have an interest in such things be appropriate?
