This company has a track record of this. I have been critical of the same deals being offered to Zardo and Tulloch, and then immediately the same deal was offered to Downey so this is the third pass.
Why don't you explain to us all why things aren't as they seem and provide us with some solid reasoning as to why you think its a good deal for shareholders when they simply could've been offered performance shares or options that vest upon performance?
