Hells no, these clowns need to know they are here to serve their shareholders, not themselves.
They IMO have cut our noses off to spite their faces, pulling out of their markets to focus on efficiency, why not do both at the same time?
You remove yourself from a market, brokers find alternatives, then you need to go and convince them back, and that you won't do it again, it won't be easy.
There should be top level pay cuts, potentially a cull and align any future remuneration to share value. After all, that is why they are here, now that their concept is somewhat proven, they need to create value for the shareholders.
