Had some time to take some time to sip a mid arvo red whilst reading the tea leaves here.
The more I look at it the more I feel this is now TPD 2.0 and we all know what happened there when they shuffled the board after years spent spinning wheels in the UK North Sea.
TPD coincidentally happens to be opting to cease to exist due to potential costs and uncertainty of re-listing at the same time that IPB board spilled. Both backed by same stable.
Key money all set here @ .9/1c level. Im sure the chief spillers have a plan in place - hopefully doesnt drag on too long and we get a development prior to Xmas.
I really do fancy this if its going to go the way I think.
