Also forgot to add, that the range for EV cars quoted is from completely charged to completely discharged.
IT is advisable not to discharge your EV lithium battery 100% as you will shorten its life significantly whilst reduce its efficiency.
So really the range is at most 80% of that quoted.
so if range is quoted as 300km, then really its for 80% of 300km or 240km.
Add to that the diminishing efficiency of batteries over time and that 240km will drop below 200km.

if range of EV car is quoted as 400km, then real range is more like around 250 if you want to preserve your battery.

EV cars are expensive to repair, this will be passed onto EV owners.

Also the batteries are very heavy, so this will add to the vehicle weight making economy even less efficient if driving over hilly terrain or doing lots of corners as energy has to be expended changing EV car direction.
