Second strike against the remuneration report triggered a spill resolution which was passed.

Means a spill meeting has to be held within 90 days.

At the spill meeting all directors positions are vacated and the positions need to be voted on.... all existing directors can put themselves up for re-election and can be re-elected .

So guys, now you need to make a choice.

If you want the current board to continue you need to make sure you actually cast a vote.

If you don't want the current board to continue you need to make sure there is a viable alternative to vote for and you vote for them. It will be interesting to see if anyone else is put up for nomination.
