I agree with @creditdumbness .

Someone/ a few are trying to send a message to the board and management. Apart from disquiet about the poor share price, I'm not sure what the message is, the first part of which was delivered at last years AGM.

In all honesty, I am not sure the board is in any real trouble. Only 20% of the register voted and the T10 hold over 50%. David Deloub did get 54 million votes against his re-election in the 22 vote so a few were unhappy with him last year. However when push comes to shove, I'm pretty confident the company will hit the phones and ensure they have enough votes to keep the board in place.

Management have been have been a lot more proactive this year , and so far successfully with their move into Canada , ( the engagement of a local Canadian team is the key) so there should be less angst among holders regarding operations.... if the board antagonists are protesting anything more than the share price they need to have few nominees that will be able/ have the credentials to take the company in a new direction ( why remove the board but keep going down the same path?).

Will be an interesting few months ahead for SHE holders.
