Ash I am not the most computer literate person but I finally did have a look at why the email was rejected. The following is the explanation -
"[email protected]
Remote server returned '550 5.7.509 Access denied, sending domain bigpond.com does not pass DMARC verification and has a DMARC policy of reject."
I resent the email from my hotmail account and it hasn't been rejected yet. Just waiting to see what happens.
