Problem is, is there anyone left from when that deal was made that could answer that question? Stu might, if he was clued into the deal when it was made...
Its quite obvious that Lake Management have repeatedly dropped the ball, whilst getting paid extremely well, and delaying outcomes to improve investors wealth. The reasons for that are starting to become apparent, with the DFS being the clincher.
Wish I could get paid tens of thousands of dollars a week for doing the bare minimum!
